BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
 
Advanced final design (detailed design without reinforcement shaping and cutting list) for turnkey biding on behalf of IG KOROTZIS S.A.
The building consists of 5 separate buildings. A core with two wings on either side, an amphitheater and an entrance building.
The Office prepared the design of the project in collaboration with the office I Malliaris and designed the core building, the amphitheater and the entrance building. The architectural design was given for the biding. The designs of the office were:
  • Core building: Main building of the complex consisting of two rectangular forms 40x40m2, approximately, and 45x17m2 mounted centrally on a circular core of 28m diameter and turned in 22.5deg. The total area of ​​the building is 8000m2 in seven levels. Reinforced concrete with ribbed slabs.
  • Amphitheatre: It has approximately 500m2 floor area in plan with 16.5m long Frames. The building is housing, two additional internal levels. Reinforced concrete frames, grid of beams.
  • Entry building: Single storey building with area of 450m2 and an access bridge 25m long and 7.5m to 4.0m wide. Reinforced Concrete
 
The company's offer came second.
